What I do today

I step in when execution is breaking down — missed follow-ups, unclear priorities, and workflows that no longer work.

I work directly with founders and small teams to take control of day-to-day operations, bring structure back, and make sure things actually move.

My role is simple:

• Take ownership of execution
• Clean up and simplify workflows
• Keep priorities clear and moving forward

So you’re no longer managing everything yourself — and nothing falls through the cracks.
Where I come from

My background comes from 14+ years in high-pressure operations at Apple, where execution, accountability, and consistency were non-negotiable.

I’ve worked across complex environments managing people, priorities, and operations at scale — where things had to get done, not just planned.

That experience defines how I operate:

• I execute — not just advise
• I simplify — not complicate
• I take ownership and move things forward

I step in when things are already messy — and bring them back under control.

How I step in

1

Get clear on what’s breaking

We start by identifying where execution is slipping, what needs attention first, and where support will create the most immediate value.

2

Build structure around the work

We define scope, priorities, timelines, and the right level of structure so the work is easier to manage and easier to move.

3

Take control and keep it moving

I step into the day-to-day follow-through, communication, and coordination needed to keep priorities moving and things under control.

Auxora workspace

Support that creates order

Auxora is built for founders, operators, and small teams who need more than ideas and good intentions. I help create structure, restore follow-through, and reduce the operational drag that slows everything down.

Whether the need is executive support, project coordination, workflow cleanup, or systems setup, the goal stays the same: clearer priorities, stronger execution, and less for you to carry alone.
